The SWU Stadtwerke Ulm/Neu-Ulm GmbH is the network operator for electricity, gas, drinking water and district heating in the twin city by the Danube. As a municipal utility company, SWU is familiar with evolved server landscapes with multi-layered operating and application architectures, discussions about technology changes and, above all, the increased effort required to ensure IT security and smooth operations.
From now on, SWU will use Pathfinder 3.2, developed by tripunkt GmbH, for a comprehensive and complete network documentation of the entire supply network.
